What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Are any purchases final sale?
Please note that sale items are non-returnable, and we are unable to accept returns on certain products. These items will be clearly marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time may take up to 5 business days, as some items require several hours of 3D printing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced both locally and globally. We carefully choose our suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure every product is high quality and offers great value.
Some of our products are also handmade by me, especially our 3D printed items, which are personally designed, created, and printed with care to ensure each piece is unique and made to a high standard.
We comply with any license design on 3D design.
How much does shipping cost?
